Our Story

 

Oh, hey there! Thank you for stopping by and welcome to The Bizy Baker!

     First and foremost, let me introduce myself: My name is Jordan and I am the owner and operator of The Bizy Baker. I happily spend 90% of my free time in the kitchen creating new recipes and improving old ones. I have had a passion for cooking and baking since I was a little girl. I was always curious to see what my parents and grandparents were cooking up! I would grab my little chef hat and apron, push a stool across the floor, grab a spoon, and hop up onto the counter to investigate what was cooking and/or attempt to whip up something myself!

Fast forward to elementary school and high school: my culinary creativity continued to grow by starting a small baked good and hot food store operated during lunch hours. Every business project and/or opportunity to bring baked goods to the table - I was your girl! I still am ;)

 

I am so thankful for my creativity and passion for culinary arts as it bods well with the many allergies I live with. As someone living with Celiacs Disease (among other allergies) I know the challenges that come with trying to find safe foods. Do you know that people living with food allergies have a higher risk of developing anxiety and trust issues? I mean, no kidding! Every single meal, unless you make it yourself from 100% clean ingredients, you're second guessing ingredients, reading labels, and crossing your fingers for zero cross-contamination. Trust me, I get it! It's hard to find delicious food which one can trust is gluten-free AND yummy, like, want seconds, thirds, eat-the-whole-dang-thing level yummy.

That's where I come in! I am here to make all of your confectionery dreams come true! From weddings, to cake smashes, to now gift boxes and party packages! The Bizy Baker is your one stop shop for all sweets gluten - free!
