Thank you for taking the time to read through this brief but important policies page. The creative integrity of The Bizy Baker is of utmost importance. Please make note of the following policies pertaining to the entity "The Bizy Baker" and purchases made from The Bizy and Baker.
At The Bizy Baker we believe in fairness between both our customers and our business. We ALWAYS want to ensure that the customer experience and support is one that guarantees a returning customer. Customer experience and support includes being able to offer refunds on some of our products.
General Disclaimer:
1. When purchasing from The Bizy Baker you acknowledge that you are ordering from a home bakery and assume the risk of possible cross contamination. We do our absolute best to ensure that there is no gluten in the kitchen. However, much like a restaurant, there are other cooks in the kitchen.
2. Merchandise purchased and damaged in transit is not to be replaced by the expense of The Bizy Baker. Please contact the delivery service for more information and settlement.
3. A return approval process is required in order to complete all returns. To get started on your return, please refer to the following policies to determine your situation. Email thebizybaker@gmail.com for support and/or to complete your return when applicable.

Baked Goods: of ALL kinds
Order Cancellation Policy: Once you have placed your order with us there is a cancellation grace period of:
2 weeks before event date: | Full refund |
1 week before event date: | 50% refund |
24 hours before event date: | Please contact Jordan as soon as possible to assess possible refund on non - perishable expenses. |
Please note: Once baked goods have been created, unfortunately we are not able to issue a refund.
Recipes: PDF Downloads
Refund Policy:
Refunds can not be offered on PDF downloads. There is no way to guarantee that the customer has deleted or "lost" the recipe. However, should you experience technical difficulties in downloading the PDF and there is proof of purchase, The Bizy Baker will issue the same PDF Recipe to the customer.

Each recipe is an original recipe created by Jordan Smith of the The Bizy Baker. Jordan Smith is the sole owner of these recipes. The recipes are not intended for resale purposes. Appropriate credit must be given to the creator (Jordan Smith @thebizybaker) when recreations have been made and shared on social media outlets including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat.

Refund Policy:
Sorry to hear that! In the event that you are unsatisfied with your clothing purchase a refund will be issued within 2 weeks of delivery providing that the item is not damaged or worn. The return will also be at the expense of the customer.
Please follow these steps to create your return:
- Email thebizybaker@gmail.com with the heading "MERCH RETURN" in your subject line.
- Provide a photo of the item that you are wishing to return.
- Provide a simple explanation as to why you are needing to return the item.
- DO NOT ship your item until The Bizy Baker has responded to your email with a "return approval" message including where to ship your return to.
Merchandise: Baking tools and Equipment
Refund Policy:
We're sorry to hear you're not satisfied with your purchase! We want to make it right.
In the event that your item is faulty or broken please follow these steps to create your return within 30 days of your purchase:
- Email thebizybaker@gmail.com with the heading "RETURN" in your subject line.
- Provide a photo of the item that you are wishing to return.
- Provide a simple explanation as to why you are needing to return the item.
- DO NOT ship your item until The Bizy Baker has responded to your email with a "return approval" message including where to ship your return to.
