How do I place an order?

Do you ship your cookies? 

Currently, I do not ship my cookies. HOWEVER, we offer PDF downloads of our recipes and necessary items required to make your own cookies for purchase that can be shipped Canada wide! Check out The Recipe Box and The Tool Box for everything you need to bake in your own kitchen! :) 

 

Do you offer wholesale?

We do not offer wholesale pricing. I'm a one woman show - the first cookie takes just as long as the last!

 

Is your facility peanut free?

We are NOT considered peanut free. Even though we have a dedicated peanut free kitchen, there is still a chance for cross contamination. 

 

Is there a minimum order for purchase?

Yes! Trust me, you won't regret it ;)

Cookies	2 dozen minimum
Cupcakes	2 dozen minimum
Donuts	2 dozen minimum
Cakesicles	1 dozen minimum
Cake	6" (8-12 person serving) minimum

 

How much notice do you need?

Thank you for considering my time! I really appreciate it :) For most orders I book 2 months in advance with a minimum notice of 3 weeks. For weddings and large events (events of 50 people or more) I require the full 2 months notice. 

How long do they keep for?

Cookies	will keep fresh for up to 2 weeks in the fridge in an airtight container and up to 2 months in an airtight container in the freezer.
Cupcakes	will keep fresh for up to a week in the fridge in an airtight container and up to one month in an airtight container in the freezer.
Donuts	will keep fresh for up to a week in the fridge in an airtight container and up to one month in an airtight container in the freezer.
Cakesicles	These bad boys live on! They will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 3 weeks and will stay fresh in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months!
Cake	will keep fresh for up to 10 days in the fridge in a container or wrapped in sustainable kitchen wrap and up to one month in an airtight container in the freezer.

 

NOTE: if you choose to freeze any treat, take it to thaw in the fridge and NOT the counter! Trust me. 

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. I require 50% of your order total 2 weeks before your event. 

Are deposits refundable?

We want to work with the client first and foremost. In the event of an emergency, we offer a refund on your deposit a week before your event. For cancellations within 24 hours of the event, we offer a refund on your deposit minus the cost of perishable goods. 

What's your pricing?

Great question! Pricing for anything custom is difficult to give an exact number as time and ingredients can fluctuate greatly. However, here are starting rates which will hopefully give you a ball park of your order before getting started with your order form :) 

Cookies	Starting at $50.00 CAD per dozen. This includes a simple colour scheme of up to 3 colours and 3 different cookie cutters.
Cupcakes	Starting at $40.00 CAD per dozen. This includes flavoured buttercream, simple buttercream technique, and your choice of either chocolate, vanilla, or red velvet batter.
Donuts	Starting at $37.00 CAD per dozen. This includes a simple ganache frosting or sour cream glaze.
Cakesicles	Starting at $48.00 per dozen. This includes your choice of vanilla, chocolate, or red velvet batter with vanilla frosting as the cake. Chocolate coating can be any colour. Simple chocolate drizzle and sprinkle included.
Cake	Starting at $60.00 for 6" and 4 layers of either chocolate, vanilla, or red velvet cake with your choice of flavoured buttercream and up to two different colours. Simple buttercream design of either, rossettes, ombre, or shell borders included.
